Welcome to SPARK, where we are all about Self Love and Self Care, Positivity, Affirmation, Rest and Kindness.
We are so glad you are here!!
Join us for “Spark: Nurturing young women’s self care journey”, an empowering afternoon dedicated to fostering self-love and personal growth for young women. In today’s hectic world, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and lose sight of our well-being. This special event is designed to help pre-teen/teen girls to discover practical strategies to combat stress, boost self-esteem, and nurture self-compassion.
Our event features character-building workshops and inspiring speakers, designed to help you reconnect with yourself, recharge, and nurture your inner strength.
The event will kick off with inspiring speakers who will each focus on a key area of personal growth. These experts will share valuable insights on facing challenges, overcoming obstacles, and learning to manage them with grace and resilience. Through their stories and advice, attendees will gain practical tools to navigate life's ups and downs.
Following the speakers, participants will engage in three hands-on workshops for the girls. These interactive sessions are designed to be both fun and meaningful, allowing the girls to create tangible reminders of the lessons they've learned. These take-home items will serve as daily inspirations, reinforcing the positive messages of SPARK long after the event has ended.
For their moms, we have a special treat... Moms' Circle of Wisdom: Navigating Daughterhood Together. It provides a safe space for moms to come together, share experiences, ask questions, and seek support from one another. It's a wonderful initiative that fosters connection and understanding among mothers going through similar challenges.

Most importantly, SPARK is a place to meet others who share similar experiences, fostering a community of support and friendship. Join us for a day of empowerment, connection, and growth—because every girl deserves to shine.
The event is completely free to ensure everyone can benefit from the gift of learning self-love and self-care. If you can, please bring feminine hygiene products to donate to The Luke Project 52 Clinic, a ministry assisting women in the Flint area with Prenatal and Postpartum care in need. Simple things such as tampons and pads are not always available for everyone... let's help fellow women by bringing as many personal hygiene products as you would like to donate.
