As a social worker, she specializes in anxiety, depression, adjustment, life transitions, and grief. In her work, Caitlin believes that all feelings and experiences are valid. Clients are not only listened to but also heard, and they are never judged. Caitlin holds a space for her clients and their experiences. While therapeutic engagement can teach clients a lot, she knows that she will also learn from them.

Cortney Dimitrie, a Dietitian and Certified Health Coach, focuses on creating a healthy relationship with food. She believes this dynamic can extend beyond individuals to benefit entire families. As a health advocate, Cortney teaches her clients how to identify goals and the successful ways to achieve them.
